Seeking Flamenco / Latin Guitar Player as lead for band

Seeking a world class flamenco / latin style guitar player / song writer for a new band that will create a highly unique and marketable southwest style sound performing at concerts and corporate gigs. You will record CD's with the band leader as the front person for the band. The band is already branded with a name and logo image is and the style of music has already been proven to work. Just need the lead world class instrumentalist. No EGOS allowed.
