Please help me contact Jake Floyd

I am looking for Jake Floyd in the San Diego California area. I just need to tell him everything that has been in my heart. Then if he wants me to still walk away I will. I want nothing from him, such as money, or his past I hated him doing. I honestly just want to touch his heart and say what I need to. I can't keep going on without eating or sleeping.
