Land lease for Tiny Home

I have a Tiny Home I want to purchase. It will be electric with solar, and wood stove. I will need water. I am seeking a long term lease for myself and my 2 senior fur babies. I have exc rental, credit and personal references. I am 66 years young, very quiet and hope for a quiet land lease. I am available to help out if you need a house sitter, etc.Due to the property owner where I have lived for 13 years, she is selling her property and i can not afford a large house payment. I am searching for rural communities throughout Oregon or Washington. I would love to stay in the Corbett/Aims area. Please respond ASAP.
