KAWASAKI VULCAN 900 TOURING 2009 - $3900

This was my wife’s ride for 3 months, it pretty much sat in


the garage except that I would run it around on short trips from time to time.


I purchased it new in 2010 with the idea of having a bike for her that looked,


as much as possible, like my Stratoliner, but smaller and lighter. I think I


accomplished that, but she wanted to go back to Vespa type scooters.

The bike sat, mostly unused for the last 4 years. Once a


quarter I’d wash it and run around a little. The bikes have never been down


while moving. Examples are walking it thru a turn, loosing her balance while at


a light or stop sign and stepping in a patch of moss or oil. The bikes has


always been garaged and on a trickle charger.

Fuel and exhaust systems are stock, as is the rest of the


bike except the following adds:

Road Light Bar with lights

Highway Bar

Mud Dog leg protectors

Baron’s Lighted Tachometer

I included my Stratoliner in some of the pix, it is for sale


as well. I outfitted the Vulcan to, as much as possible, to be 2/3 rds the size and 650 # twin to the


Strato. But she had other ideas and


wanted to go back to a Vespa. Anyone who might want a closelymatching set of
