Help us to own a home

My husband and I would like to lease purchase or rent- to -own or owner will carry deal. We are looking for a 4 bedroom home. We have 3000.00 to put down, maybe more and would like the payment max - 1000-00 -1100.00 per month. We are not deadbeats. we have worked hard all our lives but having raised 6 children with 2 still at home. WE HAVE JUST SACRIFICED OUR ALL and we don't have the best credit scores to apply for a loan just yet.. we desperately want to own a home!!
