The position
provides exceptional customer support to KEYPR’s hotel and residential partners
in connection with KEYPR’s software and
hardware solutions. The successful candidate must have strong interpersonal
skills, must be able to work independently and as part of larger team. The team member must use critical thinking to
resolve issues within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate
action to support KEYPR and affiliate partners.



The Client & Field
Services Support Agent must have the ability to travel up to 10% of the time, a
valid driver's license and an insured vehicle. After-hours, weekend, including
holidays support will be necessary, on rotational basis.



Job Responsibilities



Provide customer support online,
by phone and in-person to affiliate hotel and residential partners per company
Service Level Agreement.



Provide instructions and training
to affiliate partners staff when required



Maintain KEYPR product inventory



Provide on-site installation and
maintenance of KEYPR hardware and software solutions



Documentation of support
processes, best practices and other documentation as required by KEYPR



Develop an understanding of
KEYPR’s current and upcoming products and solutions and be able to effectively
support and communicate to non-technical staff about said products



Strong verbal and written
communications skills



Other duties as assigned



Job Requirements:



Experience providing customer
support both remotely and in-person



Bachelors or technical degree, IT
certifications or commensurate experience



Preferred - hotel operating systems or property
management experience



Preferred - support knowledge of
hardware and common computer/device operating systems (Windows, Macintosh, iOS
& Android)
