Chief Engineer - Maintenance

Holiday Inn & Suites, Lima, is looking for the right person to lead our maintenance department. This person would have 2-5 years experience in maintenance position or similar field. Background in staff supervision is a plus. The person in this position would be in charge of keeping our building well maintained and would have knowledge in HVAC, plumbing, lighting, laundry equipment, kitchen appliances, and other systems.
