The Troy-Bilt 'PTO Horse' is a HEAVY DUTY rototiller Model # 12089. This rototiller is built like an old tractor--all cast iron with 20” Tines. It was made to run forever. The serial number on the case is 120895000480 . It has a 8 HP Briggs & Stratton INDUSTRIAL PLUS 319cc Engine with new gas tank and fuel line. A new Troy-Bilt Horse sells for $2098.00 + Tax. The tiller is in very good condition--everything works well. The engine and Tiller have three garden tills and has been garage kept. The engine starts easily and runs great. Equipped with slightly used tines and large 4.80 x 8 ag tires that are 16" tall for excellent traction and lots of ground clearance. This tiller is powered in both forward and reverse and has both high and low ranges + 2 Belt Ranges
The handle can be raised or lowered to almost any position as well as being turned to either side so the operator can walk to one side instead of walking directly behind it.
