If you own any of those popular timeshares, good news, your timeshare is in demand.\u00a0Contact\u00a0a real estate broker who specializes in timeshares and get your timeshare sold.\u00a0LTRBA.com, the Licensed Timeshare Resale Brokers Association, is a good place to start your real estate broker search. The real estate commission on a timeshare sale is significantly higher than the usual 6 percent rate for a house or condo.<\/p>\n
